HIRE PURCHASE

Hire purchase allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over a fixed term, you choose the deposit amount and length of the agreement.

PERSONAL CONTRACT PURCHASE

With PCP, the final future value of the car is guaranteed at the start of the contract and deferred to allow lower monthly payments. The end of the contract you have three options: pay the total outstanding balance and take ownership of the car; or hand the car back (there may be a charge for excess mileage and damages); or you may be eligible to re-finance your residual value with a new motor finance agreement. The benefits of a PCP contract are lower monthly payments, protection from unexpected depreciations and peace of mind.
